My interest in health and the wisdom of the body has occupied me for over 45 years. I strongly believe in prevention and maintenance, trusting that we each have the greatest potential of health already within us. By finding and utilizing what supports us best, we can thrive. Becoming a craniosacral therapist was initially for my own awareness and healing, and continues to be support in my journey .
Being present
I am passionate about helping others to heal and to support their continuing awareness during massage and craniosacral therapy sessions. It is truly an honor to have the opportunity to be present for the expansion of well-being in my clients.
Support
I am continually exploring various avenues of support as my life reshapes itself. This is an ongoing process; as I change, my support systems may also change. My intention is to move in the direction of wholeness, utilizing what supports me best. My sweet Chi Spaniel, family, friends, photography, music, and activities definitely support me in creating joy. Where do you find support?
